The Namhang Breakwater is located in inner port of Namhang eastward of the beach in front of the Daerim fish market in Nambumin 3-dong. It is also called Nambumin Breakwater which is about 400m and has a light house on it. It was constructed in 1931 as a part of reclamation of Namhang from 1926 to 1939. Since then it became the No.1 Busan's fishing place as well as shelter for all ships at Namhang.
