Busan Air Cruise

Busan Air Cruise operates 39 eight-seater cabins including a Crystal Cabin that has transparent floor from Songrim Park located from the East beach to the West Amnam Park given a total of 1.62 km. All cabins are of the latest models among domestic models and also fashioned in ten-seaters to provide a better and pleasant environment to customers. Especially, you can enjoy magnificent views of Amnam Park, Namhang and Yeongdo and feel the thrill on the middle of the sea as it crosses above the sea from maximum heights of 10m.

Songdo Beach

Songdo Beach

Songdo Beach is Korea’s first beach in the modern sense. Also known as the Naples of Asia, the beach’s popularity began to soar during the 60s and 80s. The beautiful coastline is frequented by tourists all year round. Songdo Beach has recently been refurbished as a sea-side park. Offshore breakwaters and underwater breakwaters protect the beach from yearly typhoons and to prevent loss of beach sand.

Amnam Park

Amnam Park

Amnam Park is covered with a dense pine forest set against a backdrop of the sea with small boats floating on the surface. The park offers a great view of the coastline, located in San 193, Amnam-dong around Jinjeongsan Mountain. When completely surrounded by its thick forest, visitors can feel refreshed by walking through the lush green foliage as they gaze out at the open sea or view the cliffs formed of diversely-shaped boulders.

Daesin Park

Daesin Park

Daesin Park has been designated as the neighborhood park that is loved by all (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Announcement No. 360). When two reservoirs were built by Gudeoksan and Eomgwangsan Mountains in 1900, cedar trees, white cedar, and cherry blossom trees were planted for maintenance purposes and the area was closed off from the public. The area was later converted into a natural park in 1944, but access by the general public was still controlled.

Gudeok Culture Park

This educational history center is situated at the foot of Gudeoksan Mountain. The building is a single-story wooden structure with 277㎡ of floor space. The cozy little museum displays approximately 640 educational pieces in indoor display booths.

Songdo Coastal Walk

Songdo Coastal Walk is a 1 meter-wide, 800 meter-long track that connects Songdo Beach and Amnam Park, a walking distance of about 20 minutes. It offers a view of Songdo’s coastline dotted with boats and sedimentary rock cliffs that have been formed over a hundred million years ago.

Busan Cooperative Fish Market

The fish market, which is situated in 691-3, Nambumin 1(il)-dong, was established on November 1, 1963 as Busan General Fish Market in order to improve the living conditions of fishermen and protect the consumers. The name of the market was changed to Busan Cooperative Fish Market on January 20, 1971 when the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives Act was amended.

Here, you can see Cheonmabawi Rock, a legendary horse that descended from heaven, along with forty-four beautiful sculptures on the coast.

Gudeok Stadium

In September 1920, the stadium was nothing but an empty plot of land with a small zoo on the side that was often used for local sporting events. In September 1928, Busan Stadium was built on the site. When Sajik Stadium was built in 1982, the name of Busan Stadium was later changed to Gudeok Stadium in June of that year.

Provisional Capital Memorial Hall

Provisional Capital Memorial Hall

When Busan became the provisional capital during the Korean War, the building was used as President Syngman Rhee’s abode. The Memorial Hall is in a quiet residential area. The district office of Gyeongsangnam-do had moved to Bumin-dong of Busan-bu on April 17, 1925. The office residence of the Gyeongsangnam-do Governor was built in the area in August 1926.
