Songdo Beach Ilwon rising as Mecca of Marine Sports holds National Marine Sport Games for 2 days in August every year.

In the first game, it started with 4 sports 'Sea Kayaks', 'Beach Soccer', 'Finswimming', and 'Sea Diving' but since the third game in 2016, it added SUP categories and has become more popular. Beside the regular sports events, there are many sightseeing and activities including Diving Show, Songdo Youth Dance Competition, Unique Sports Game and other various activities that locals and tourists can participate in.
